What we sell

Website design and build, and business automation setup — missed-call text-back, WhatsApp auto-reply, review requests and lead follow-up. Full descriptions and “from” prices are on the pricing section.

Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand. Website packages start at R1 500. Automation is quoted per business. 50% deposit to start, balance on launch. [Confirm: whether prices include VAT, accepted payment methods, and the payment gateway used, if any.]

The agreement

Our written quote plus the Terms form the agreement. You get a copy of both by email before you pay a cent, and you can store or print them.

Cooling off and refunds

[Confirm: ECTA section 44 cooling-off rights and how they apply to a service already started, plus the refund process and timeline.]

Security of payments

[Confirm: how payments are taken, what security the gateway uses, and that no card details are stored by us.]

Complaints and disputes

Message us first on WhatsApp or email — we would rather fix it than argue. [Confirm: formal complaints procedure, alternative dispute resolution body, and jurisdiction.]
